Gucci Mane Tickets

Since the turn of the century, few rappers have been more successful or influential than Radric Delantic Davis, who music fans know as Gucci Mane. Granted, he hasn’t always been an ideal citizen or the best-behaved person in the music industry. But Gucci Mane also helped pioneer trap music and make it one of the most popular sub-genres that the hip-hop world has ever known. He’s also released over a dozen albums and dozens of mix tapes, so his catalog of songs is as impressive as any rapper in the world today. Gucci Mane has also influenced a whole generation of rappers while also collaborating with other artists, including Drake, Selena Gomez, Bruno Mars, and even Marilyn Manson and Mariah Carey. Gucci Mane is truly one of the great artists of his generation, so any opportunity for fans to see him perform live is a chance they don’t want to miss.

In the Beginning

Gucci Mane didn’t take the most conventional path to being a world-famous rapper. By the time he was a freshman in high school, he was more or less a full-time drug dealer, an activity that got him into some precarious spots. But at the same time, he started to take his love of music and writing poetry seriously. While that didn’t exactly free him from legal trouble or controversy, music did give the man known as Gucci Mane a direction in life, not to mention something he did better than just about everyone.

Second Chances

After a string of problems with the law, Gucci Mane ended up spending more than two years in prison from 2014 to 2016. However, that was far from the end of his career. In the four years after his release, Gucci Mane released six studio albums while continuing to churn out hit songs. He also started to receive award nominations, including a Grammy nomination in 2020 for a song he did with Lizzo. In fact, during the post-prison part of his career, it’s almost as if Gucci Mane can do no wrong, at least musically speaking. He continues to be a hugely successful and influential artist, making him among the most popular rappers in the world.
