About Hohokam Park

Hohokam Stadium

Hohokam Stadium is a baseball stadium in Mesa, Arizona. The stadium first opened in 1997 and received a renovation in 2014. Since 2015, Hohokam Stadium has served as the spring training home of the Oakland Athletics, previously serving as the spring training home of the Cubs and the home field for the Mesa Solar Sox of the Arizona Fall League. At times, it has also been used to host college baseball games. For games, Hohokam Stadium has a capacity of 10,500 fans, although the record attendance for the stadium is nearly 13,000.

Where are the Best Places to Sit at Hohokam Stadium

For baseball games at Hohokam Stadium, sections 100-106 are the best places to sit for fans who want to be close to the action. Section 100 is directly behind home plate, while sections 101-106 are also in close proximity to the field. However, the best seats in the stadium might be in sections 200-204. These seats aren’t as close to the field; but they offer a better overall view. Equally important, these sections are protected by an overhang and will keep fans in the shade during games.
