About The Pavilion at Star Lake

KeyBank Pavilion

Located in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, just 25 miles from rough and ready Pittsburgh, the KeyBank Pavilion is one of the biggest most popular outdoor amphitheaters in the area. With a total capacity of 23,000 split between a 7,100-seat open-air pavilion and with a lawn area capable of accommodating 16,000 more fans, this venue has been attracting big-name acts for nigh on 30 years.

The History of the KeyBank Pavilion

Built and opened in 1990 under the original name of the Coca-Cola Star Lake Amphitheater, KeyBank Pavilion has evolved with the times to keep up with arena sound and lighting technologies as they have developed. The venue would undergo a few more name changes in the meantime, switching to the Post-Gazette Pavilion in 2000 and then the First Niagara Pavilion in 2016. Its most current change came in 2017 when KeyBank bought out First Niagra, and the pavilion’s name was updated to reflect the development.

What Makes KeyBank Pavilion Events So Special?
