Located in the heart of Boston is TD Garden, a multi-purpose sports arena that serves as the primary home for both the NBA’s Celtics and NHL’s Bruins. The arena opened in 1995 as the FleetCenter, replacing the legendary Boston Garden. Best Places to Sit at TD Garden

For TD Garden sports events, the best seating can be found in Sections 107-115, which make up the club level. These sections run parallel with the court or ice (depending on the sport) and will have a full, unobstructed view of the game. The sports deck on the west end of the arena is also an interesting option – it sits behind one of the baskets or goals with an elevated vantage point and includes several amenities, including all-you-can-eat appetizers.

For TD Garden concerts, floor Sections A, B, C, and D will get you the closest to the stage. However, Sections 1,12, 13, and 22 will give you a seat with a close view of the stage. Finally, Sections 107, 109, 111, and 141 offer more comfortable seats with the most legroom, without sacrificing a close view of the stage.

Tips for Visiting TD Garden

When you head to a TD Garden event, consider taking some time to visit the Sports Museum that’s located inside the arena. The exhibits pay homage to all of New England’s prominent sports franchises – including the Red Sox and Patriots. There's also a statue of hockey legend Bobby Orr mimicking his famous goal celebration from the 1970 Stanley Cup.

If you attend a TD Garden event, you'll have access to plenty of great food options. For classic fare, there's no shortage of hot dogs, Italian sausage, and knish.
