Olivia Rodrigo Guts Tour Tickets and Dates

Even though she’s barely 20 years old, Olivia Rodrigo is already one of the biggest names in music. In early 2024, Rodrigo will embark on the Guts World Tour in support of her second album. While she went on a world tour in 2022, the Guts tour promises to be even bigger and better than that one, with Olivia Rodrigo tickets more in demand than ever. Even with the start of the tour a few months away, let’s take an early look at the tour dates, what fans can expect, and how they can get their hands on tickets for Olivia Rodrigo’s upcoming Guts World Tour.

The First Leg

Rodrigo will begin the first leg of the Guts World Tour on February 23. The first date of the tour is in Thousand Palms, California, which is less than 100 miles from her hometown. From there, the tour moves across the southern part of the country with stops in Phoenix, Houston, Austin, Dallas, and New Orleans. By March, Rodrigo will be in Florida with shows in Orlando and Miami. She then heads to the Midwest with stops in Nashville, St. Louis, Omaha, Milwaukee, Chicago, Detroit, and others.

At the end of March, Rodrigo will perform two shows on back-to-back nights in Montreal and then two shows on back-to-back nights in Toronto. She then has two shows in Boston on the first two days in April before making her debut performance at Madison Square Garden on April 5. Of course, that will be the first of four concerts in a five-day span at MSG between April 5 and 9, concluding the first leg of the Guts World Tour before Rodrigo heads to Europe.

The Second Leg

Between late April and late June, Rodrigo will be touring in Europe. However, she returns to the U.S. on July 19 with a concert in Philadelphia to open the second American leg of the tour. After starting that portion of the tour in Philly, Rodrigo has stops in Washington and Atlanta before starting to move west with stops in Kansas City, Denver, and Salt Lake City, among others. She returns to the West Coast in August with two shows in San Francisco and two in Seattle. Rodrigo has performances scheduled in Vancouver and Portland before concluding the tour with four shows at Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, between August 13 and 17.

Opening Acts

Fans who see Olivia Rodrigo on her Guts World Tour will also be treated to one of several opening acts, depending on the specific date. Between the opening show on February 23 and the Boston shows on April 1 and 2, Chappell Roan will be Rodrigo’s opening act. Roan opened for a few dates on Rodrigo’s previous tour and is an up-and-coming singer-songwriter who’s best known for her debut single “Good Hurt” and follow-up songs like “Kaleidoscope.”

For the four shows at Madison Square Garden, The Breeders will take over as the opening act. The Breeders have been around long before Rodrigo was even born, so they should be an interesting opening act, especially for such high-profile shows at MSG. The long-time rockers will join back up with Rodrigo at the end of the tour, serving as the opening act for her four shows at Kia Forum.

Throughout the European leg of the tour, Remi Wolf will be Rodrigo’s opening act. She’s released a string of popular songs over the last few years and should be a good match for Rodrigo. Finally, PinkPantheress will be the opening act for the final leg of the tour between July 19 and August 10. Born in England, PinkPantheress went viral in 2021 and is only a little older than Rodrigo, making these two singers a natural fit to tour together.

On the Setlist

Until the Guts World Tour gets underway, we won’t know what songs will be on the setlist. While Rodrigo has had several performances throughout the fall of 2023, it’s been a while since her last full-scale concert. Since she’s supporting her Guts album, her new songs should figure prominently into the setlist for her tour. But she’s also not going to ignore the songs from her debut album, Sour. Hits like “Driver’s License,” “Good 4 U,” “Brutal,” and others are likely to make their way onto the setlist as well.

It’s also worth noting that Rodrigo incorporated several covers into her first tour. Songs like “You Oughta Know” by Alanis Morissette, “Just a Girl” by No Doubt, “Complicated” by Avril Lavigne, and others were all performed. Rodrigo is surely talented enough to cover a wide array of songs, so who knows what surprises or covers she’ll have for fans during her Guts World Tour?

Finding Tickets

When tickets for Rodrigo’s upcoming tour went on sale, the demand was off the charts. More fans registered with Ticketmaster to get tickets than tickets were available. Needless to say, not all fans were able to get tickets from the primary sale. However, there are plenty of tickets available on the secondary market. The trick for fans is to be patient when it comes to using the secondary market. Typically, prices tend to go down in the last few days before an event. This is when ticket holders who can’t attend are a little more eager to unload their tickets. Therefore, prices drop, allowing fans to find the best deals when they search for last-minute tickets.
