Post Malone Tour Tickets, Dates & Locations

Music fans can feel free to add Post Malone to the long list of prominent artists who are going on tour during the summer of 2023. At the end of May, Post Malone wrapped up the European leg of his Twelve Carat Tour. However, there are even more Post Malone tour dates in the future, as his If Ya’ll Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Tour begins in July. In case you didn’t get Post Malone tickets to his last tour – or you enjoyed yourself so much you want to see him again – there will be plenty of opportunities this summer. Let’s take a closer look at everything we know about Post Malone’s upcoming tour, including the cities he’s visiting and the best way to score tickets.

The New Album

Why is Post Malone going on tour again so soon after his Twelve Carat Tour wrapped up in May? Well, it’s because he has a new album coming out this summer. A few weeks after his new tour begins, Post Malone’s fifth studio album, Austin, will be released on July 28. The name of the album is a reference to Post Malone’s real first name, which is Austin. Fans have already gotten a sneak peek of the album with singles “Chemical,” which was released in April, and “Mourning,” which was released in May. Somehow, Post Malone has managed to write and record a new album in the midst of his tour and is now eager to tour again in support of it.

“This whole deal has been one of the most challenging, rewarding, and exciting records I’ve worked on,” Post Malone wrote on Instagram regarding the new album. “I feel it captures who I am as a man and as an artist in this moment. Thank y’all so much for your patience, and thank you for being there with me in my hardest times.”

Where is the Tour Going

The If Ya’ll Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Tour is set to begin on July 8 in Nashville. From there, Post Malone will travel everywhere from Cincinnati to Michigan to Missouri to Wisconsin before spending two nights in Toronto on July 19 and 20. The tour then has stops in Hartford, Charlotte, and West Palm Beach, Florida, before the end of July.

Post Malone will spend the early part of August exploring the South with shows in Tampa, Atlanta, and Dallas. He then heads to the southwest to perform in Albuquerque, Phoenix, and Chula Vista, California, among other places. In fact, the last four dates of the If Ya’ll Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Tour are all in California. The final date that’s currently scheduled is in San Bernardino, California, on August 19.

What to Expect from the Setlist

The set list from Post Malone’s Twelve Carat Tour featured 23 songs, covering everything from his first album to his most recent album. However, a new tour will mean a new setlist, especially with Post Malone promoting a new album. It remains to be seen how many songs from the new album will be featured, but it figures to make up a decent part of the setlist. If nothing else, singles “Chemical” and “Mourning” are sure to be included.

Post Malone’s performance at BottleRock Napa Valley on May 26 could provide some clues to his setlist for the upcoming tour. He opened with the song “Wow.,” which was the second song on his last tour. He also performed familiar favorites like “Circles,” “Better Now,” “Psycho,” Sunflower,” and “Rockstar.” Just like his previous tour, Post Malone closed the show with “Congratulations” and “White Iverson,” with the latter being his encore song on the Twelve Carat Tour. Even if some songs from his last tour get replaced by songs from his new album, it’s a safe bet that Post Malone will continue to perform many of his top hits, especially those that were on his set list at BottleRock Napa Valley.

Tips for Getting Post Malone Tickets

Post Malone fans who have seen him perform live before know that it’s not always easy getting tickets to his shows. Fortunately, there are plenty of ways to score great seats without stretching your budget. For starters, stay patient and use the secondary market. It’s always difficult getting tickets to in-demand shows as soon as they go on sale. But the secondary market is always flooded with tickets afterward. Just remember that the best deals tend to come in the last few days before the show when ticket holders with no intention of going are more eager to unload their extra tickets.

Also, keep in mind that Post Malone is visiting some smaller cities and smaller venues on this tour. Sometimes it’s easier to find cheaper tickets at small venues because there are fewer people in that area to buy those tickets. If you don’t mind a little bit of traveling, these are the venues that make it easier to find affordable tickets compared to big stadiums and other high-profile venues. After all, the artist is far more important than the venue, which means the venue with the best prices is where you want to see Post Malone.
