Gametime COVID-19 Update

 

As governments and public health officials try to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus by limiting large public gatherings, Gametime is doing everything we can to help our fans.

 

  • If your event is cancelled, we will notify you of the cancellation and you'll automatically receive 100% refund back to the original method of payment. If Gametime credits were issued for your cancelled event they must be used within 2 years of issuance to remain valid.

 

  • If your event is rescheduled, we'll notify you of the rescheduled date. If your existing tickets are valid for the rescheduled date, you’ll be able to use them for the new date. If you haven’t yet received your tickets, we will work to get them to you as soon as we can.

 

  • If your event requires a special ticket exchange, we will provide exchange instructions to you so you can get updated tickets. If you haven’t yet received your tickets, we will work to get them to you as soon as we can.

 

We're working with performers, teams, and event organizers to make sure you’ll be notified quickly if any changes are made to your event. We understand that this is a unique and trying time.
