For buyers, we guarantee: You'll get the tickets you ordered in time for the event and they'll be valid for entry. If that doesn’t happen, we'll locate comparable replacement tickets or send you a refund. For events that are cancelled and not rescheduled, you'll receive a refund. If the seller of the ticket has already been paid, your refund will be processed after we recover the payment from the seller of the ticket. Alternatively, we may offer you a credit at or higher than the full cost of the ticket. We're always working hard to go above and beyond for our fans.
For sellers, we guarantee: It's free to list your tickets. You'll get paid for all sales you complete in Gametime credit, as promised in your listing payout.
Buy safely on Gametime: Only tickets you buy on Gametime are covered by our Gametime Guarantee.
When placing an order, you are entering into a binding contract with the Seller to purchase those tickets. Payment is remitted to Gametime United and disbursed to the seller according to our payment policy. All sales are final. Except for cancelled events and in accordance with our Gametime Guarantee policy, you will not receive a refund for completed purchases. You cannot change or cancel any orders after the sale is complete.
