Lowest Price Guarantee

If you find a lower ticket price for your event in the same section and row on another marketplace, Gametime will hook you up with credit equal to 110% of the difference.

To submit a Lowest Price Guarantee claim, you must contact Gametime within two hours of your purchase. For more information and instructions on how to file a claim, click here

Event Cancellation Protection 

If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, you’ll automatically receive a full refund back to your original method of payment. Refunds will reflect within 5-7 business days and any Gametime credit used towards the purchase will be available immediately.

Refunds will be equal to the original purchase price. Event cancellations are subject to verification by Gametime.

24-Hour Returns Guarantee 

Quick change of plans? Want to hold onto tickets while you coordinate with friends or keep searching? Enjoy added flexibility with Gametime’s 24-Hour Returns. When you purchase with Gametime, you can return your tickets within 24 hours from the time of purchase for a full credit to your Gametime account  – no questions asked. The credit will be valid for two years so you’ll have plenty of time to find that next event!

Note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns within 72 hours of the event start time. Some exclusions apply.*

Job Loss Assurance 

Should you lose your job and need a refund for your tickets, we’re here to help. Simply send us a current unemployment claim dated after your purchase, and Gametime will provide a full refund or credit for the original purchase value. 

Due to the nature of these claims, we can only accept a valid state or federal unemployment form as proof of job loss. 

On-Time Ticket Delivery 

We guarantee you’ll get your tickets in time for your event, and they’ll be valid for entry. If you have any issues receiving your tickets, contact us and we’ll make it right. 

Our Seller Guarantee

It's free to list your tickets. You'll get paid for all sales you complete in Gametime credit, as promised in your listing payout.

Our team goes above and beyond to ensure Gametime customers have an exceptional experience. Because event tickets are dynamic and many circumstances are outside of our control, please note the following restrictions and exclusions to the above policies: 

Lowest Price Guarantee: Please visit our Lowest Price Guarantee page for full program details, exclusions, and instructions on how to file a claim. 

24-Hour Returns: Ticket returns will only be accepted 72+ hours prior to the event start time. Due to the dynamic nature of event tickets, we cannot accommodate returns within 72 hours of the event. Our 24-Hour Returns only apply to regular season sports, concerts, and theater events. Post-season & championship events and music festivals are not eligible for returns at any time. Purchases for events where a negative COVID-19 is required and the buyer fails to obtain a negative test or cannot attend due to a positive test result are not eligible for a return.  Purchases of seven or more tickets are not eligible for returns. Limit one return per customer per month.  

Refund for Cancelled Events: It is at Gametime’s sole discretion which event(s) qualify as canceled. Generally, this will be based on official information provided by the event promoter, league, or venue to Gametime. Postponed events do not qualify as canceled, even if the rescheduled date has not yet been announced. Read more about our Cancellation Policy.

Job Loss Protection: Gametime can only utilize a valid state or federal job loss claim as proof of job loss. It is at Gametime’s sole discretion if a claim is considered valid. If a claim is validated you will receive a refund for the full amount of the purchase. A job loss claim must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event start date. Gametime will not store, save, sell, or otherwise utilize any information or documentation provided by customers. Please see the Gametime Privacy policy for additional information on how we protect your information.  

Buy safely on Gametime: Only tickets purchased on the Gametime app or website are covered by Gametime Ticket Coverage. When placing an order, you are entering into a binding contract with the Seller to purchase those tickets. Payment is remitted to Gametime United and disbursed to the seller according to our payment policy. All sales are final. Except for canceled events and in accordance with our Gametime Ticket Coverage policy, you will not receive a refund for completed purchases and you cannot change any orders after the sale is complete.
