Our program goes beyond standard ticket insurance, which often costs buyers as much as 10% more than their ticket price. Gametime Ticket Coverage is included on all transactions at no additional fee, providing our fans with strong protections and flexible, fast refunds. When you buy on Gametime, you’ll automatically be covered by the following safeguards at no extra cost:
Lowest Price Guarantee

Event Cancellation Protection
We’re committed to lightning-fast refunds on all cancelled events. Fans will automatically receive a credit worth 110% of your purchase price, or you can opt for a refund that will be processed within a few days after the event is cancelled – no waiting or guessing!
Job Loss Assurance
Times are tough out there, and we know job security isn’t a guarantee these days. If you lose your job and need a refund on tickets, we’ve got you covered. Simply send us a current unemployment claim dated after your purchase, and Gametime will provide a full refund or credit for the original purchase value.
On Time Ticket Delivery
This one’s a no brainer. We guarantee you’ll get the tickets you ordered in time for your event, and they’ll be valid for entry. If you have any issues receiving your tickets, simply contact us and we’ll make it right.
