We understand that plans change. If you can no longer attend the event, you can sell your tickets for any event that does not require a physical ticket. To sell your tickets, follow the steps below:

The Gametime Guarantee protects 100% of your purchase and promises that your seats will be valid for the purchased event date. If the event is cancelled and re-scheduled, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will get a refund. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to fully process with your bank.

SRO means Standing Room Only. These tickets will provide you with entry into your event, however they will not grant you access to a reserved seat once inside the venue.
The “face value” of tickets is the original price set by the team or event organizers before the start of the event. Due to market demand for a particular event, the prices of the tickets may be different on secondary markets than the face value. We are always working to make sure you are getting the absolute best deals on the market in real time.
Gametime encourages sharing your unique promo code with friends.
When a new friend makes their first purchase using your code they receive $5 off their purchase, and you receive $5 in credit. Share codes must be redeemed pre-purchase and used directly towards a purchase in order to receive $5 in credit. Codes can be redeemed in the main menu under Me > Redeem code.

To add, delete or update a credit/debit card on your account, open the Me tab from the bottom menu bar and scroll down to the Billing section. There you can update your billing information and make any necessary changes to your payment.
Any Gametime ticket has the option to be shared by SMS or email to someone else from the "My Tickets" section of the app. Just tap “View” tickets and assign the ticket to a contact!
All tickets are delivered to the My Tickets section of the app. Once delivered to the My Tickets section, you will be able to view, share, and scan your tickets. If your venue requires the tickets to be printed, you will be able to share your tickets from this section in order to print them. In a few rare instances, physical ticket delivery or other special delivery methods may be required by the team or venue.
Our goal is to provide the smoothest, fastest mobile ticketing experience possible. While the majority of tickets are downloaded instantly to the My Tickets section, there are some cases where it takes our sellers a little longer to release the tickets. No need to worry! They will be in your phone well before the start of the event. Please keep in mind that events which require physical delivery or other special delivery methods will have special instructions communicated with each purchaser.

We’re doing our best to encourage all events to provide mobile access. We hope they will soon provide fans mobile access so printing will no longer be required. Here are the two ways to print tickets!
Option 1 - From Email (Available only for events that require printing)
Option 2 - From Gametime app via “Print” (For events where printing is required)
Option 3 - From Gametime app via “Share” (For events that accept mobile entry)
While we do not expect there to be any issues at the gate, we want our fans to be prepared for anything. If for any reason you are having difficulty scanning into an event, there are a few quick steps that can be taken to help get you in quickly:

The secondary ticket market is based on fluctuating demand and can be unpredictable. Sometimes events have low demand and sometimes even great events don't sell. While we can't guarantee that your tickets will sell, we do price tickets optimally to give you the best chance of selling your tickets. If you want to guarantee your tickets will sell, check if ‘Sell It Now’ is an option for your event.
For certain events that have the ‘Sell It Now’ option, we offer you the hassle free option to sell your tickets instantly for the stated guaranteed price. If you want a guarantee your tickets will sell, this option is for you! Once you choose to Sell Now, your tickets are sold. You will be paid out 48 hours after the event.
If you want to list your tickets elsewhere, you can. But, we strongly discourage this since tickets could sell on both platforms. We, therefore, require that you keep your listing valid on Gametime. We will enforce strict penalties if we identify that your listing was sold elsewhere and you did not immediately remove the listing from Gametime.
If your tickets sell somewhere else first, you need to immediately remove the listing from Gametime. Failure to remove your listing from our app will result in strict penalties. If your listing sold elsewhere and then also sold on Gametime, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away.
When either buying or selling tickets on Gametime, we want to make the process quick and easy for you. We take the guesswork out for you, and use everything we know about the pricing of tickets to maximize the odds that your tickets will sell at the best possible price!
You can get paid out in Gametime credit or via PayPal.
You will get paid 48 hours after the event. If paid out in Gametime credit, the credit will automatically be applied to your account. You can view your credit in the "Me" section of the app, next to the "Redeem Code" button. If paid out in Paypal, you will receive the payout amount to the specified Paypal email address.
If you select to get paid out in Gametime credit, we give you an extra bonus! You can select which payout option you want up until the time of the payout, which occurs 48 hours after the event.
Yes! You can select which individual tickets you would like to sell from a larger group of tickets. Once you select 'Sell Ticket' from the selling view, you will be prompted to select which tickets you want to sell. If you are selling more than one ticket, the tickets must be next to each other.
We will refund you the original price of the ticket in the original payment form, and remove any credit associated with resale of your sale. If your ticket sold more than you originally paid, you will receive the difference in Gametime credit.

Listing tickets earlier allows more people to find and buy them! For the best chance to sell, list your tickets as early as possible and let your friends know on Facebook or elsewhere that you’re selling!
Once you select Sell It Now, your tickets are instantly sold. If you’d like to attend the event, your best option is to repurchase.
